Codorniz

Starting under 1,300 sf, Codorniz offers first time buyers in the Palm Springs area a pleasant alternative to condominium living. The intimate scale of the site plan creates a variety of home orientations and locations. The pedestrian alle is the main connection from the homes to the recreation center and pool.

A local character is maintained with the architecture, reflected in strong coloration and lyrical forms.
