As a main level master, plan 1 is single level living with gusto. Building mass is soft with second level bedrooms located well to the back of the home.
Plan 2 offers an indulgent master suite with his and her bath and sunroom. The main level is a transparent experience of loft like space.
Plan 3 challenges the expected family home solution with an off axis circulation core that is reflected on both levels and elevation.
