Custom Residence

This Capistrano Beach residence was designed for an active family of four with a love of art and recreation. The narrow site required a solution that stacked rooms and shared views with a contrasting circulation grid that creates dynamic movement through the home.

The 2 story studio and stairwell/gallery provide a counterpoint of vertical space in an otherwise horizontal environment. Views of the Pacific Ocean are plentiful including a private terrace off the master bedroom.
