This mixed use project combines retail, office and housing on a key downtown corner within the heart of Boulder. As the first of four buildings to be constructed in this two-square block redevel- opment, it serves as a gateway connecting the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall with the Boulder Creek path two blocks to the south. Providing 30 urban homes, 11,000 sf of office and a 20,000 sf bank, this building brings mixed use living downtown.
