Steep topography and a championship golf course were the major influences for the design of Vila di Lago. Responding with a terraced solution, the design "steps" up the hill to settle the homes into the land and create a European inspired hill town. A gatehouse establishes the design character for the community with stone and stucco elements that continue the aesthetic throughout.
