Distinctive architecture and value were the expectations of the Southern Ute Tribal Council when it commissioned this community of Townhomes. The design responded with a hierarchy of simple forms contrasted with trellis detailing that produces ever changing shadow patterns on the earth tone wall planes. The buildings cluster around courtyard spaces that encourage interaction and community gatherings.
