MacKenzie Place at Ridgegate

The conceptual design for the Ridgegate community envisions a "family" of buildings that will provide numerous housing and care options for its residents. In phase 1 the "Terrace" building will provide 121 independent living apartments while the "Arbours" will provide 66 high acuity assisted living apartments and 23 secured special care apartments.

All residents will have access to the Ridgegate club inside the Terrace building. Amenities will include; a movie theater, ballroom, restaurant dining, essentials shops, and indoor pool, spa and pub.
