The homes at Cintarosa Ranch are designed to integrate with the desert landscape by absorbing grade with landscape walls and interior steps rather than typical flat pad grading of the site. An abundance of stone and natural materials harmonize with the desert character. Courtyards with native planting and fireside seating are oriented toward hillsides and native rock features further connecting the home with its environment.
